El Limon is a well established Scandinavian-Spanish family run company. It is based in Alcudia, on the north coast of Mallorca. We work both with property sales, long and short term rentals. You will find our office in the heart of the old town of Alcudia. We also have a sales office in Norway and sales agents in several European countries. Although the company has grown considerably since I started it, we are still very much focused on the individual approach. If you are aiming to buy a second home in Mallorca or if you are planning your next holiday here, you will always receive your personal agent who will take care of answering all your questions and guide you through the whole process. We have agents who speak English, Spanish, Scandanavian, German and Russian. We are also collaborating with lawyers and accountants specialising in this field and we have very good personal relations with the local authorities. El Limón is in the Calle Major, Nº 15 near the Plaza Constitucion and the town hall (ajuntament). From the car park at the church of Sant Jaume in Alcudia, with the main road from Alcudia to Pollença on your left, follow the pathway around the Medieval walls, until you reach the archway, through the arch and you are now in the Calle Major, walk up the street and El Limón is on the right. Or, from the same car park but walk towards the market square and turn left until you reach an archway, this is the other end of the Calle Major, walk along the street, passing shops on both sides along the way until you reach the Plaza constitucion with it’s café’s and restaurants, walk through the square until you reach the town hall (ajuntament) continue down the street and you will find El Limón on the left. |
