From January 2024, El Limon will change its name to Nord property Consulting. El Limon is an internationally recognized property company, located in Alcudia, in the north of the island of Mallorca. For more than 20 years, we have helped to find the perfect apartment for you.
It all started already at the end of the 90s. 5 students of different nationalities were given the task of setting up a company, which in the future would be based in Mallorca. We were looking for suitable names. Mallorca is synonymous with family, fun, friends, pleasure, sun, beach...
- but also the smell of lemon. Hence the name El Limon.
El Limon was established in the year 2000. Over time, the customers' wishes and needs have inspired us to embrace more broadly, with services all over the country. Be it everything you might need on the road, whether you want to buy, sell, own or invest in property in Spain.
We continue to expand, and at the same time we are therefore changing our name to NORD Property Consulting. A consulting firm, with partners for the purchase, sale and management of property throughout Spain. Here you meet professional players and experts in their fields.
